Exploring New Ideas

(Week July 8th to 22ed)These last few weeks I have been contacting photographers and looking up events to photograph. I talked to a New Bedford based photographer, John Maciel, about photographing two different types of weddings coming up. The first wedding will be taking place on July 28th at the Roger Williams Park, RI. I will be a lighting assistant for the ceremony and then photograph the events following. After the meeting, he let me borrow a macro lens to practice macro photography.
During my free time, I have been researching places and events around New England. I have found a few events that are coming up in the next month and some places I will be photographing for my portfolio.
