These photos are a portfolio of food photography at Alice in the Village.Alice in the Village is a Alice in Wonderland tea service restaurant located in Mystic, CT and Foxboro, MA. 
Alice has three main tea service towers plus has a themed tea service every month. August 2019 theme was Villains Tea, focusing on disney villains such as Ursula from Little Mermaid and Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. 
I was asked to photograph each of the towers and have photos of their products such as their special Alice in Wonderland cake pops and tea.

​I love looking up at the night sky to see the stars; for years I’ve wanted to be able to capture the sense of magic and wonder that I feel through my photographs. I am still working on my night photography, but made improvements this July, when I took a trip to rural New Hampshire  to practice. During the two nights I spent lakeside, I was able to practice on two different subjects; cloudy and clear night skies. While I wish I had a second night of clear weather, I think the clouds added depth and texture to my photographs. Between the twinkling lights on a calm lake under the starry sky and the misty, swirly clouds moving across the night sky, I was able to capture some moments in nature that look almost surreal.
